Specialized acne education
Ruby Bhayani, RN, has completed Face Reality Acne Expert certification. At ReviveGlo, your acne plan combines an assessment, suitable professional treatments, a personalized home routine, and progress reviews.
For deeper skin tones, including Fitzpatrick IV-VI, planning considers sensitivity and the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Treatment selection and intensity are individualized.
Your skin, your plan
Acne can develop when oil and dead skin cells clog pores. Hormonal changes, inflammation, and some skincare products can also play a role. Acne-prone skin does not look the same for everyone. ReviveGlo starts by reviewing your concerns, current products, previous treatments, and skin history before discussing suitable in-office care and home-care support.
Whether you are managing congestion or exploring options for post-acne marks, we will explain the next steps, expected recovery, and pricing before treatment.
What brings you in?
Discuss blackheads, whiteheads, excess oil, and recurring blemishes. Your consultation helps identify which aesthetic treatments, if any, are appropriate for your skin.
Flat dark marks left after a breakout are different from scars. Treatment planning considers your skin tone, sensitivity, and risk of further discoloration.
Indented scars and uneven texture need their own assessment. Scar-focused procedures may be discussed once active breakouts are controlled.
Consistency, care, and follow-up
A structured starting plan for clients who want regular support with breakouts and post-acne marks. Your consultation confirms whether the program fits your skin and goals.
A 12-week plan is a starting framework, not a promise of clear skin by a set date. Ongoing maintenance may be recommended.

Recommendations depend on your skin's condition and treatment history. You may need a combination of professional care and a consistent home routine.
Deep, painful, persistent, or scarring acne may need medical treatment from a dermatologist. Your consultation will help clarify when a referral is the right next step.
Your first visit
Review your skin history, medications, current routine, previous reactions, and goals.
Depending on suitability, your visit may include cleansing, enzyme softening, extractions, a mask, LED, and targeted serums. Barrier care and mineral SPF complete the visit when appropriate.
Agree on your daily routine and check-in schedule. Acne facials are often planned every 2-4 weeks; Bootcamp visits are approximately every two weeks, with adjustments for skin response.

Acne care FAQ
The 12-week starting plan combines approximately biweekly visits, a customized home-care routine, progress reviews, and adjustments based on your skin response. Package costs and product inclusions are reviewed before enrollment.
Start with a consultation if you are unsure. Breakouts, discoloration, and indented scars need different approaches; your skin history and current condition guide the recommendation.
Microneedling is not performed over active inflamed acne. It may be considered for residual scars once breakouts are controlled and your provider confirms candidacy.
There is no one-visit guarantee. Acne care takes consistency, and some clients need care beyond the initial 12-week program. Timelines differ by concern and procedure; your provider will explain what to expect.
Post-acne marks and pigment changes require careful planning. We review your skin tone, previous reactions, and risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation before recommending a treatment.
Bring a list of your medications and skincare products, plus information about recent procedures and previous skin reactions. Ask us about preparation before changing or stopping any product or medication.
